1.1.6 “Server” means the IT equipment managed by MediaNetAgency as part of the provision of the service(s).

1.1.7 “The Services” means web hosting, and/or domain name registration, email and any other service offered by MediaNetAgency.

1.1.8 “Spam” or “Junk Mail” means the sending of unsolicited or mass mail.

1.1.9 “Virus” means a computer program that copies itself or is copied to other storage media including, without limitation, magnetic tapes, cartridges, flash memory and optical disks and which destroys, alters or corrupts data, causes damage to files or creates inconvenience to the user and includes, without limitation, computer programs called “Worms”, “Trojan horses”, “time bombs”, “cancelbots”, corrupted files or any equivalent software likely to damage the operation of a computer.

1.1.10 “Visitor” means a third party who has accessed the Website;

1.1.11 “You” or “The Client” or “The User” collectively designates the co-contractor wishing to use the services of MediaNetAgency and who has approved the terms of this Contract.

1.1.12 Product specifications and other details can be viewed on the website www.theqrcode.fr.

1.1.13 In this Contract, words written in the singular may be understood in the plural and vice versa. Likewise, words emphasizing a gender masculine or feminine can be heard indifferently in both genders.

1.1.14 The headings and titles in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal consequence or effect on the value or meaning of the Agreement.
